Information on characterization: 
B2.5 binds a determinant provided by the combination of the VH and VK regions of antibody KL25. KL25 is an LCMV-WE neutralising antibody. B2.5 binds to 5-10% of B cells in mice transgenic for the KL25. It does not inhibit the neutralising properties of KL25.
